EMPLOYMENT SERVICES MANAGER I
Description
The Employment Services Manager 1 class includes all positions whose duties are to perform and support the application and execution of established policies, procedures and processes. ?The Employment Services Manager 1 must have a detailed understanding of the knowledge, and theory of Human Resources and Relationship Management. ?Human Resources Assistants and Employee Services Consultants in a lower series report through this position.
Education
Bachelor's degree with major in human resources, business, management, organizational development, or Human Resources.
Experience
Employment Services Manager 1 – Significantly advanced levels of responsibility and four plus (4+) years of human resources experience in any combination of the following components: compensation, recruitment/staffing, benefits, HRIS experience, employee Resource, training and development, and organizational development.
Equivalency
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted to meet the education and experience requirement of this position
