Endodontist/General Dentist

Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist, or General Dentist, who is comfortable performing endodontic therapy on anterior and posterior dentition. At this time it is a part time position at 2 to 4 days/month, which can be negotiated and adjusted as necessary. Very generous daily minimum guaranteed!

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform root canal therapy on anterior and posterior teeth utilizing aseptic techniques.
• Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for patient management and medical documentation.
• Collaborate with dental assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment to enhance patient care efficiency.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options while addressing their concerns.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment for patients and staff.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education.

Experience

• Proven experience in endodontic therapy is a must.
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus, as the practice serves patients of all ages.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is required, demonstrating proficiency in patient care and assessment.
