Key Responsibilities of the Position

Collect, analyze, and manage data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Organize, maintain, and manage all documentation, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date records.

Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for document tracking, status updates, and reporting.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth document flow and quick resolution of issues.

Ensure timely submission of monthly reports and invoices to support smooth operations.

Educate and encourage the team on the importance of submitting reports and technical data sheets within deadlines.

Collect trigger values from clients and incorporate them accurately into reports, ensuring completeness and precision.

Position Requirements

Professional Qualification

Diploma or B.Tech (Civil, Electronics, Mechanical)

Experience

1 to 3 years

Technical Skills Required

Advanced Excel skills: Formulas, Data Analysis, Macros, Data Validation

File management and structured documentation

Basic understanding of GT I&M (Geotechnical Instrumentation & Monitoring) and functioning of major types of GT instruments

Knowledge of document security measures and best practices for protecting sensitive information

Skills in troubleshooting technical issues related to document systems and applications

Preferably experienced in preparing monitoring reports

Soft Skills Required

Ensuring accuracy and precision in document management, including review and verification for completeness and correctness

Ability to systematically organize and manage large volumes of documents and data

Efficiently prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

A good command of English (reading/writing) and MS Office is essential

Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality in line with company policies and regulations
