Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Engineers located in Ankara. Engineers at Akdaş Döküm Foundry will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing casting processes and products. Daily tasks include conducting simulations, ensuring quality control, overseeing production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Engineers will also engage in troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet stringent industry standards. Moreover, we offer the eligble candidates to take responsibility in our sales force where they will have oppırtunity to interact with multinational OEMs

Qualifications

• Strong background in casting and machining processes
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and casting simulation software
• Experience with quality control and assurance practices
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in the foundry industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
