Engineer -MEP

We’re hiring a Facility Management Engineer at Superfine Facilities Management LLC . With extensive experience in the GCC region, we specialize in delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable facilities management services. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations in the GCC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve urgent maintenance issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in the GCC region.
• Knowledge of building systems and local regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
