• Quality Control and Assurance: Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and statistical process control (SPC) is necessary to monitor and improve the performance of refrigerators.
• Strong knowledge of incoming material inspection procedures, sampling methods, and acceptance criteria.

• Experience with measurement systems (CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauges) and ability to perform precise dimensional inspections.
• Familiarity with relevant quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to prepare and review Supplier Quality Documentation
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action tools (8D, 5Why, FMEA).
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of non-conformance management and ability to work closely with suppliers on quality improvements.
• Strong reporting skills with MS Office, Minitab or other quality data analysis software.

• Attention to Detail: Being meticulous and thorough in documenting test procedures, results, and any anomalies in performance data.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and troubleshoot performance problems in refrigerators and propose solutions for improvement.
• Representing quality assurance department along the new product execution process,
• Overlooking the whole new product execution process from the quality angle,
• Coordinating the quality improvement projects,
• Improving corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints,

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or similar backgrounds
• Having experience in Quality is a plus,
• Ability for data analysis,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Data-driven approach and ability to translate data into insights and actions,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
