English and Computer Teacher (Urgently Hiring)

English and Computer Teacher who can effectively teach both English language and basic to intermediate computer skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, a good grasp of modern teaching methods, and the ability to integrate technology into the classroom. This position requires creativity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for helping students develop both linguistic and digital literacy skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnglish Subject

• Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Foster fluency and confidence through group discussions, presentations, debates, and reading activities.
• Assess student progress using tests, assignments, and interactive evaluations.
• Develop and use multimedia resources to make English learning engaging and effective.

Computer Subject

• Teach basic computer operations, MS Office applications, internet usage, and online safety.
• Introduce students to digital literacy, typing skills, and the responsible use of technology.
• Conduct hands-on practical sessions in the computer lab.
• Stay updated with new educational software and integrate technology into teaching.

General Duties

• Maintain lesson plans, attendance, and student performance records.
• Encourage discipline, creativity, and critical thinking in the classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents and administration about student progress.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
• Support extracurricular and academic activities when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification (B.Ed. or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
• Basic to intermediate computer teaching skills (MS Office, Internet, digital tools).
• Prior teaching experience in both subjects preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Passion for teaching and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
