POSITION DESCRIPTION
Lead a full training course based on Amideast standards, in order to improve students skills and to prepare them for more advanced level in English Language.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Apply the best teaching, learning methods and best practices to meet the needs of the attendees and make it interactive
• Create the course plan and ensure that the course flow stays orderly
• Create the lesson plan for students that will teach students the skills they need.
• Train students on different areas of English language in order to prepare them comprehensively for campus placement tests, competitive examinations, university admission tests of national and international bodies.
• Design, develop and deliver training sessions on all relevant topics that fall under such broad areas as English language, TOEFL ITP, TOEFL iBT, GRE/GMAT Verbal Reasoning and analytical writing etc.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, online training skills, planning skills, interpersonal skills, etc.
• Encourage students to interact, read and do searches concerning the course s subject
• Assign homework to the students, to keep them more involved in the course subjects
• Grade student homework and tests
• Track student progress and submit reports to the Program Manager as per Amideast s timeline
• Conduct the assessment plan as per Amideast s Monitoring and Evaluation standards to assess improvement and learning gains of students
• Maintain and complete the student attendance sheet on a daily basis
• Deliver teaching hours as per the course agenda without any changes to the start and end time unless agreed to by Amideast
• Answering student questions based on reliable scientific reference
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field/industry
• TESOL/TEFL/TESL/CELTA/DELTA certified
• Excellent at teaching English Language skills
• Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in teaching English Language
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with students of different levels
• Familiar with online training tools and applications
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Preferred:
• Excellent at teaching English Language sections in a standardized test.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)

The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office
