English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging English language lessons for pre-primary students, focusing on developing language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate.
• Employ a variety of teaching techniques and resources, including storytelling, games, songs, and interactive activities, to make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Assess student progress regularly through informal observations and formal assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement integrated curriculum activities that promote language development across different subjects.
• Establish strong communication channels with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress, address any concerns, and provide suggestions for supporting learning at home.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate innovative teaching strategies to enhance the quality of instruction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. A teaching certification is preferred.
• Proven experience teaching English to young learners, particularly in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children and create a nurturing learning environment.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in designing engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse classroom effectively.
• Willingness to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students and accommodate different learning styles.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
