Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our largest enterprise clients, driving the adoption and success of our cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, understanding their business goals and aligning our services to meet their needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Cloud Solutions Expertise: Deeply understand our cloud offerings (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand cloud services within existing accounts.
  • Customer Success: Work with Customer Success, Solution Architects, and Technical Account Managers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast revenue and pipeline growth, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels within the client organization.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs in the cloud technology space.
  • Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Experience: Years in enterprise account management or enterprise sales, with a focus on cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing large enterprise accounts.
    • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and enterprise IT environments.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals).
    • Experience working in or selling to industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
    • Background in technical pre-sales or solution engineering is a plus.
