Job Purpose

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for shaping and driving the enterprise technology strategy to support business objectives and digital transformation. This individual works as part of the broader enterprise architecture function, fostering collaboration across business and IT teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, stakeholder management and advanced architectural practices and technologies.

Technical Skills Required

• EA Frameworks: Deep knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Platforms: experience with Azure, hybrid/multi-cloud environments and compute, storage, network infrastructure.
• Solution and Application Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across diverse technology stacks.
• Integration and APIs: Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and microservices architectures.
• Security and Compliance: Thorough knowledge of enterprise security principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Data Architecture: Experience in data modeling, data governance, and analytics platforms.
• DevOps and Automation: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Legacy Modernization: Experience in assessing, planning, and executing modernization of legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in financial services technology.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, Development, and leadership roles.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
