Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and expertly manage CAMMSRisk and CAMMSIncident platforms, enhancing organizational risk and incident response capabilities.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and optimize Kronos Telestaff deployments and integrations, ensuring efficient workforce scheduling and management.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability of FDM CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) and RMS (Records Management Systems), supporting critical public safety operations.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand system requirements and implement effective solutions across multiple platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

• Risk & Incident Management: CAMMSRisk, CAMMSIncident, Riskonnect (or similar GRC platforms)
• Workforce Management: Kronos Telestaff, advanced workforce scheduling principles
• Public Safety Systems: FDM (Central Square), CAD, RMS (or similar public safety software)
• System Administration: Strong troubleshooting and system maintenance skills for complex enterprise applications.
