About The Job
The Transformation Project Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing technology, business, and support projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a highly organized and results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Technology Projects:
Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Business Projects:
Manage business projects, such as process improvements, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives.
Work closely with business units to understand project goals and objectives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Support Projects:
Oversee support projects, including customer support enhancements, service improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate with support teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
General Project Management Activities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Coordinate project activities, including task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular risk updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among project team members.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Allocate resources effectively and manage resource conflicts.
Track project expenses and provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, including technology, business, and support projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Skills and Competencies:

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
