Moodswing is hiring for an Entertainment & Marketing Manager

Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 annually, plus bonus

About the Role

Moodswing is seeking an Entertainment & Marketing Manager to lead the venue’s brand presence, community engagement, and in-venue experience. This position merges marketing creativity with hospitality leadership—building community connections, curating memorable entertainment, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling the energy, inclusion, and playfulness that define Moodswing.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic, community-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of hospitality and marketing. This role drives all guest-facing experiences—both in-person and online—by combining social media strategy, local outreach, entertainment programming, and cultural leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and fluent in both operational excellence and brand storytelling.

Community Engagement & Venue Culture

  • Plan and execute live entertainment, DJ sets, and special events that reflect Moodswing’s culture.
  • Oversee music, A/V systems, court readiness, and lighting for all guest programs and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local entertainers, promoters, and cultural partners.
  • Serve as the on-site brand ambassador—ensuring all guest touchpoints reflect the Moodswing identity.
  • Respond to guest feedback (GSS +/-), escalating insights to leadership and celebrating wins with the team.
  • Partner with local organizations and nonprofits to host community-focused events that strengthen Moodswing’s neighborhood connections.
  • Coordinate seasonal and cultural celebrations (e.g., holiday markets, fundraisers, pop-up collaborations) that enhance community visibility and guest engagement.

Games Management & Entertainment

· Manage retail and games inventory, weekly audits, and VTT for amenities and branded merchandise.

· Manage Pickleball coaching pool & equipment rentals

· Manager Golf Simulator reservations

· Facilitate Game Leagues: Darts, Pickleball, Cornhole, Golf

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Oversee Moodswing’s social media presence, engagement, and public perception.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, community partnerships, and content creation that drive awareness and conversion.
  • Collaborate with leadership on PR, sponsorships, and social responsibility programs.
  • Track and report monthly metrics on marketing ROI, social engagement, and guest satisfaction.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with the General Manager and department heads to ensure cohesive guest and brand execution.
  • Train, inspire, and support staff to embody Moodswing’s Core Values: Inclusion, Playfulness, Excellence, Team Spirit, and Elevate the Experience.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance the overall guest journey and operational flow.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of guest experience, event production, and social engagement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns and community activations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy venue environment.
