Entry Level Assistant Manager

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will represent AT&T by working with businesses and customers to understand their needs, present tailored product solutions, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction. Our Entry Level Assistant Manager will assist in driving sales performance, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting team objectives. This entry-level position is designed to provide sales technique strategies, product knowledge, and business relationship management, offering a clear path toward advancement into leadership or account management roles.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide product and service support to new and existing customers and businesses
• Assist with account updates, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with the sales completion process, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer accounts
• Deliver exceptional service with a professional and friendly attitude
• Achieve daily and weekly sales metrics and account management

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications

• Superb communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn
• Time management skills to work with customers and businesses professionally

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
