As we continue to expand within the NSW Workers Compensation market, we are excited to announce some newly created vacancies for empathetic, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team! If you are an experienced Case Manager seeking a new challenge in a growing organisation, look no further than GB!

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, provide support to injured workers, liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders, all the while building upon your existing skills!

With ongoing support from our Capability, Technical and Injury Management teams, a dynamic and supportive team culture, plus our additional flexible working options such as hybrid work (up to 3 days working from home), and compressed nine day fortnight/monthly RDO, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your transferrable experience, make true impact, and kickstart your next career move with us today!

How you'll make an impact
  • Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, acting at the first point of contact for injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, legal specialists and rehabilitation consultants;
  • Undertake a variety of determinations for weekly benefits, medical expenses etc, required for their recovery;
  • Provide education to injured workers and employers, in order to support them in all aspects of the claims process;
  • Participate in broader business projects and initiatives, contributing to our ongoing continuous aim for providing the best service to our clients;
  • Maintain claim files, data entry and other compliance measures.
About you
  • Previous experience in a case management role, managing mixed portfolios of physical and psychological claims;
  • An empathetic approach, and a drive for results;
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders;
  • Intermediate technological skills, and the ability to effectively utilise databases and phone systems;
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and to competing priorities;
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration;
  • A resilient attitude.
