Entry Level Logistics Coordinator (AT)

A Japanese-based logistics company near the SeaTac Airport is looking for a new addition to their team.

Candidates interested in logistics or the supply chain industry is welcome. Your main task will involve handling international cargo shipments and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the movement of various international shipments/cargo to ensure smooth operations
• Schedule, track, and monitor all incoming and outgoing cargo and resolve any issues that may arise
• Inventory management of products
• Analyze new costs in transportation and prepare quotes for invoicing
• Prepare and process all required domestic and/or international documents
• You may have to use a forklift sometimes
• Other duties as assigned by managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Asian Studies, or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skill in using Excel
• Japanese as an additional language is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask and accurate in data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
