Entry Level Marketing Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Representative to aid in the growth of our Charlotte office. This role is pivotal in driving sales through effective marketing campaigns, territory analysis, and customer engagement. Responsibilities:

• Meet with consumers to maximize profitability on behalf of our client
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage a team of peers, providing guidance and support to optimize performance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and drive revenue
• Foster strong relationships with existing, as well as potential customers

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building
• Strong skills in negotiation, closing deals, and adapting to new environments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
