Epicor Technical Consultant (Kinetic / Epicor 10, Semiconductor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Epicor ERP platform performance, customizations, and integrations; provide Tier-2/3 technical support, root-cause analysis, and SQL optimization.


• Design and maintain secure, reusable BAQs and dashboards for reporting and analytics across executive, operational, and shop floor functions.


• Implement upgrade-resilient Application Studio customizations and automate business logic using BPMs, Epicor Functions, and REST/OData APIs.


• Lead ERP governance, documentation, and release management; drive internal enablement to reduce consultant reliance and ensure continuous platform improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.


• At least 5 years of technical experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic / Epicor 10), including design, customization, and support in Semiconductor industry.


• Proficient in BAQs, BPMs, Application Studio customizations, and system integrations using Service Connect and REST/OData APIs.


• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and performance troubleshooting.


• Familiar with Angular/TypeScript and .NET; experienced in production support, log analysis, security setup, and backup/restore.

Salary: $4,000 to $5,800
