Job Responsibilities:

• The EPMO Specialist is responsible for supporting data analytics, reporting, and monitoring project execution to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Analyzing project data, developing reports and dashboards, and assisting with project governance and control.
• Support the alignment of project management practices and initiatives with KBS's strategic objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with various divisions and departments to support the integration and alignment of project management processes.
• Assist in establishing criteria and processes for project selection, prioritization, and alignment with KBS's strategic objectives.
• Support project governance activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals, resource optimization, and risk management.
• Project Management Standards and Methodologies Development and Maintenance
• Assist in the development, promotion, and continuous improvement of standardized project management practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Help build and maintain a standardized library of PM tools and report templates to be used across KBS.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or enterprise PMO functions.
• Core Competencies: Strategic Thinking, Resource Management, Stakeholder Management and Change Management.
