- Administer the company’s ERP system such as users, roles, permissions.
- Configure workflows, forms, approvals, and reports.
- Monitor ERP performance and resolve system errors.
- Train staff on ERP usage and best practices.
- Coordinate with ERP providers for technical support or customization.
- Manage company apps -maintenance app, CRM, HR app, POS, or any internal software
- Manage all company applications such as Zoho, Tally, CRM, HR systems, mobile apps, POS, or any internal/external software.
- Perform periodic updates, backups, and basic system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide timely user support.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide user support.
- Test new features or modules before deployment to the operations team.
- Support and assist with any new software implementation or upgrade in the organization.
- Handle integrations between ERP, CRM, and other company apps.
- Test new features before launching to operations.
- Assist employees with system access, login issues, and general usage.
- Prepare user guides or quick training materials.
- Ensure all staff follow correct processes inside the ERP/app systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
- Generate operational and management reports when needed.
- Support departments with custom dashboards or analytics.
- Communicate with ERP/app developers for fixes, updates, or new requirements.
- Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Support basic IT tasks when needed -reset passwords, email setup, etc.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in ERP or application administration.
- Experience with Zoho, Tally, CRM systems, Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms.
- Understanding of system workflows, integrations, and data structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to train and support non-technical users.
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of databases, cloud systems, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and training ability.
- Basic IT knowledge is a plus -network, hardware, security.
- Must know English, Hindi, Arabic and Tagalog
