About the Company

TradeUnleashed.com is a growing technology and business solutions company providing digital transformation, ERP, and e-commerce services to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for an ERP Executive who will manage, maintain, and optimize our ERP system to support business operations and reporting efficiency.

Position Overview

The ERP Executive will be responsible for day-to-day system management, data accuracy, process automation, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth ERP functionality.

This role requires hands-on ERP experience, problem-solving ability, and strong coordination skills with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day ERP system operations and modules.
• Handle user access, data entry, and ensure data accuracy across departments.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with the IT team for timely resolution.
• Prepare and analyze ERP reports to support management decisions.
• Train and assist team members on ERP usage and new feature updates.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and inventory teams to ensure seamless data flow.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience working with ERP systems (implementation, support, or operations).
• Strong understanding of business workflows (inventory, accounts, procurement, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP software such as Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work the evening shift (4 PM – 1 AM).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or IT (preferred).

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
