Responsibilities & Requirements
- Engage with public sector HR teams to understand organizational structure, employment rules, leave policies, performance systems, and employee workflows.
- Translate client HR requirements into system configurations that reflect local laws, public sector policies, and internal procedures.
- Configure and test HR modules including personnel administration, payroll integration, attendance, and promotions as per public sector mandates.
- Prepare functional documentation including requirement specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals for HR modules.
- Plan, execute, and oversee functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring accuracy and completeness of configurations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement required customizations and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
- Assist in HR data migration, ensuring that legacy data is cleaned, validated, and accurately transferred to the new system.
- Act as the primary advisor and point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and guidance to client HR teams to ensure effective system adoption.
- Support post deployment activities by troubleshooting HR related issues and resolving them in coordination with the support team.
- Work with internal consultants and technical teams to develop custom features or reports needed by public sector HR departments.
- Stay updated with changes in labor regulations or public sector HR rules and suggest adjustments to the system accordingly.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Manage ERP project activities from scoping through design, implementation, go-live, and closure, including risk and issue management.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR systems consulting or HR operations in the public sector.
- At least 2 full cycle implementations of HR modules in ERP or enterprise solutions.
- Experience working with government clients or large public institutions is highly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Additional certification in HR systems, ERP platforms, or labor law is an advantage.
Language and Computer Skills
- Good command of English in both verbal and written communication.
- Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiar with HR systems, public sector reporting tools, and document management platforms.
