ERP Project Manager

Industry: Rubber & Engineering Plastics Manufacturing

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance ERP Project Manager to lead and execute our ERP implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for process mapping, system configuration, user training, and ensuring smooth go-live across all departments including Production, Purchase, Mixing, Lab, Stores, Sales, Accounts and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end ERP implementation from planning to go-live and support.
• Conduct business process analysis and map workflows into ERP modules.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal stakeholders to align project milestones.
• Handle data migration, testing, and user acceptance.
• Provide user training and ensure adoption across departments.
• Monitor project progress and submit regular status reports.
• Suggest process improvements and ERP enhancements during project implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in ERP project implementation in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of Production, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Accounts, and HR workflows.
• Hands-on experience in any ERP platform (Cloud / Server based ERP).
• Familiar with data management, SQL, and system configuration.
• Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT
• 5–10 years of relevant ERP process experience.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,200.00 per day
