Alisons Technology is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive adoption of our SME ERP solution. This role is perfect for someone with sales experience, a knack for understanding business processes, and prior experience selling software products—but no IT background is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential SME clients in various industries
- Present and demonstrate our ERP solution to prospects
- Understand client business needs and match them with ERP features
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in selling software products or technology solutions
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Good understanding of SME business operations (finance, inventory, sales workflows)
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
