Alisons Technology is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive adoption of our SME ERP solution. This role is perfect for someone with sales experience, a knack for understanding business processes, and prior experience selling software products—but no IT background is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential SME clients in various industries
  • Present and demonstrate our ERP solution to prospects
  • Understand client business needs and match them with ERP features
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in selling software products or technology solutions
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of SME business operations (finance, inventory, sales workflows)
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

Compensation

  • Basic Salary + Commission (high earning potential based on sales performance)

Job Type: Part-time
