JD; Oracle SCM/Manufacturing functional consultant with 6+ years of experience. Implementation experience in OM, PTP, INV, BOM, WIP modules Strong documentation skills with Oracle AIM documentation experience Excellent communication Skills Should have worked as Functional Consultant in any tracks like Financials/PA/SCM/MFG/CRM/HRMS Must have Experience in R12 version with at least three implementation/support/development project. Should have worked as Functional Lead in HRMS modules Core HR, Absence, Leave, Payroll, Compensation and Benefit Should have 7-12 years of project experience Prepare/Review functional requirements for R12 implementations, Enhancement, Bolt on development for R12 Should have sound knowledge on technical side as well Should be able to communicate clearly with clients/ Functional lead and provide solution Should be able to trouble shoot issues along with technical teams As needed, Oracle TAR documentation and information Requirements Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test , track all issues until closure Should be familiar with Oracle AIM templates and methodology Should be able to handle team , users and other stakeholders Should be able to understand any of the 3rd party interfaces and be able to fix any issues/or do any changes Good understanding of the Oracle EBS Business Processes Self-driven, ability to work independently and drive actions to conclusion and help team to trouble shoot in case of any issues Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and team members
