Aspirify Interiors Decoration LLC is a niche contracting company involved in Civil/Interior fit-out for high end Residential, Commercial, Retail & Hospitality projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Estimation Engr - Interior/Fit-out at Aspirify Interiors Decoration LLC, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Estimation Manager wil be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for interior and civil fit-out projects. Key responsibilities include project management, conducting site inspections, and managing infrastructure requirements. The role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Project Management and proactive assessment of inquiries for submission.
• Experience in Inspecting site conditions
• Knowledge of infrastructure requirements and project coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Preference for Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in the civil/interior fit-out industry will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
