We are a well-established company with over 18 years of experience in Graphics, Signage, and Display Solutions, with offices in both Dubai and Florida. Due to our rapid growth, we are urgently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our expanding team. Role Overview:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for custom-built display stands, kiosks, exhibition booths, and similar structures. These will be fabricated using a variety of materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, LED lighting, and more. You must have a solid understanding of production processes, materials, electrical components, and finishing techniques to ensure accurate and cost-effective estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates based on concept sketches, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to gather project details and suggest cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze project requirements to determine labor, materials, equipment, and time needs.
• Source competitive quotes from suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely submissions.
• Research and analyze costs of materials, transportation, labor, and other project components.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in bidding for new contracts and support procurement and purchasing activities.
• Monitor ongoing project costs, ensuring that they stay within budget throughout execution.
• Prepare and submit detailed quotations and cost breakdowns for client approval.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the Signage, Exhibition, Interior Fit-Out, or Advertising industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and estimating software/tools.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills to secure the best pricing.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
