Role Overview
The Event Senior Account Executive is a crucial mid-to-senior level role at 4Sure Events, responsible for executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-profile events. Acting as the primary link between clients and internal teams, this role plays a significant part in client satisfaction, revenue growth, and the continued success of 4Sure Events in the U.A.E.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to understand client needs and objectives.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling/cross-selling) and actively prospect for new clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Event Planning and Execution: Take client briefs and collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) and external vendors to plan, coordinate, and deliver events from initiation to completion, ensuring 4Sure’s impeccable standards are met.
- Budget and Timeline Oversight: Assist in managing event budgets, track expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure all project timelines and deadlines are achieved.
- Strategic Input: Provide input into campaign development and contribute to compelling proposals and presentations that highlight 4Sure Events’ value proposition.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor project progress, analyze event data, and prepare performance reports for clients and internal management to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in account management or sales within the events, marketing, or related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is highly advantageous).
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Solid understanding of U.A.E. market trends, competitive landscape, and event production processes.
