We are currently seeking an Event/Marketing Coordinator to manage, execute, and optimize all marketing events, property launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

The Event/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute property launches, open houses, customer events, and roadshows across key markets.
  • Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and real estate expos.
  • Manage pre-event preparations, on-site coordination, and post-event activities.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors (catering, AV, décor, logistics, etc.).
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Produce event collateral (banners, standees, brochures).
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all event materials.
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns with event-related execution.
  • Supervise printing and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Implement effective lead capture systems at all events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, leadership).
  • Coordinate joint events with channel partners.
  • Handle government permits and regulatory coordination when required.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across all event touchpoints.
  • Maintain event calendars and marketing activity schedules.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination or marketing roles.
  • Experience in real estate, property marketing, or B2C events is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management.
  • Solid budget management and cost optimization skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and quick decision-making.
  • Basic design sense and good understanding of branding.
  • Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible with working hours (evenings and weekends for events).
  • Team-oriented, professional, and execution-focused.
