Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Events Executive is responsible to act as a sales specialist in the area of events. This covers the relationship building and account management, as well as event management.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience as Event Executive in hotel operations
• Administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
• Bilingual speaker (Arabic & English) is a must
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of selling techniques and events knowledge
• Good problem-solving skills
