We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Manager with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and MLOps to lead strategic initiatives aligned with the UAE Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2031. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects within government or public sector environments, ensuring compliance with national data and ethical standards.

Role Overview

.Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, from planning to deployment and post-implementation support.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and government stakeholders.

· Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs aligned with strategic government objectives.

· Oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

· Ensure robust MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.

· Manage data governance in compliance with Abu Dhabi Data Management Standards and Ethical AI Guidelines.

· Prepare detailed project documentation, risk assessments, and executive reports.

· Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

· Facilitate stakeholder engagement, change management, and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

· PMP Certification (mandatory).

· 5–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in AI/ML and MLOps.

· Proven experience managing government sector projects in the UAE or GCC region.

· Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, G42 Cloud).

· Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and national digital transformation strategies.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
