CRM & Lead Management Executive – Kota

About the Role

We’re hiring a CRM & Lead Executive for our Kota office to manage leads, follow-ups, telesales communication, and basic site coordination for home automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make professional telesales calls and follow up on all leads in CRM.
  • Explain basic home automation solutions clearly on call.
  • Schedule site visits & coordinate with sales/technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates — no missed follow-ups.
  • Occasional site visits to collect basic switchboard/electrical data.
  • Daily reporting to the manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must have telesales calling experience.
  • Background preferred: Electrical / Electronics / Construction.
  • Strong communication, convincing skills & disciplined follow-ups.
  • Tech-friendly mindset — must enjoy learning new technology.
  • Ability to coordinate professionally with clients & teams.
