Job Title: Executive – Holiday Sales (Freshchat & References)
Department: Holidays Division / Customer Engagement
Reporting To: Business Head
Employment Type: Full-time

  • Key Responsibilities:

Freshchat Sales Management:

  • Actively manage and respond to all customer inquiries via the Freshchat platform in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualify and convert chat leads into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering suitable holiday packages.
  • Maintain high standards of response time, chat quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on current packages, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist in updating chat scripts, FAQs, and auto-responses in coordination with the marketing team.

Reference-Based Sales:

  • Follow up on leads generated through client referrals, repeat customers, and internal networks.
  • Build rapport with referred clients and provide personalized travel recommendations.
  • Track and report on the performance of reference-based sales conversions.

Sales Coordination & CRM:

  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Upsell additional services such as insurance, visas, transfers, and excursions.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Freshchat response and resolution time.
  • Number of leads converted from Freshchat and references.
  • Sales revenue generated from assigned channels.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM entries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or chat-based support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Freshchat, CRM tools, and travel product knowledge.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with UAE-based clientele and expat travel behavior.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
