Associate Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities including offer letters, background checks, and documentation.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain associate records and update HR systems.

HR Operations

  • Assist with offers, documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports
  • Help track hiring metrics and process SLAs
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and scheduling
  • Support internship programs and campus engagements
  • Maintain HR documents, policies, and records with confidentiality.

Payroll Operations

  • Assist in handling employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and benefits.

Offboarding

  • Ensure smooth exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
  • Maintain exit records and documentation.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage sourcing, screening, and coordination for Education, Tech, and Ops roles
  • Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus channels
  • Conduct initial HR discussions and shortlist suitable profiles
  • Maintain hiring trackers/ATS and ensure timely updates
  • Support employer branding and outreach initiatives

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
