IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• As Executive ICT & Digital, you will assist in the deployment, operations, and support of cloud and ICT services.
• You will work closely with managers, technical teams, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement of digital offerings.
• Creation of Financial Proposals and directly connected with Sales team.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based and on-premise ICT systems.
• Execute assigned technical tasks during the implementation of ICT projects and initiatives.
• Support the enforcement of ICT security policies and assist with compliance checks and audits.
• Collect user feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the Manager ICT.
• Communicate task updates and technical challenges clearly to the Manager ICT.
• Support the delivery of high-availability ICT services and ensure minimal service disruption.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on ICT and cloud or related technologies.
