Executive & Private Assistant (80–100%, Fully Remote)

Exciting times are ahead! Titans RE is a young and fast-growing Swiss company active across real estate, travel solutions, and business growth services for an international clientele. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, we are now looking for a highly reliable, tech-affine Executive & Private Assistant to support management in daily operations, task coordination, and more.

Join a motivated, agile, and international team playing a key role in enabling smooth operations across the company.

Tasks:

  • Communication: Handle emails, support with calls and manage LinkedIn activities.
  • Task Management: Assist with task follow-ups and simple ticket handling.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct basic quality checks and manage tool administration.
  • Recruitment: Assist in recruitment activities and new team member onboardings.
  • Research & Concierge: Perform research using GPT tools, prepare summaries, and support with ad-hoc concierge requests when required.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in administrative, assistant or related functions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with basic German skills (Turkish is a plus).
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to manage sensitive information with care.
  • Strong tech-affinity and ability to work with tools, platforms, workspaces, and CRMs.

Conditions:

  • The role has a fixed compensation of $500 at 100% and a performance-based bonus.

Pay: 21,200.00TRY - 21,500.00TRY per month
