Executive & Private Assistant (80–100%, Fully Remote)

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, we are now looking for a highly reliable, tech-affine Executive & Private Assistant to support management in daily operations, task coordination, and more.

Tasks:
- Communication: Handle emails, support with calls and manage LinkedIn activities.
- Task Management: Assist with task follow-ups and simple ticket handling.
- Quality Checks: Conduct basic quality checks and manage tool administration.
- Recruitment: Assist in recruitment activities and new team member onboardings.
- Research & Concierge: Perform research using GPT tools, prepare summaries, and support with ad-hoc concierge requests when required.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in administrative, assistant or related functions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with basic German skills (Turkish is a plus).
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to manage sensitive information with care.
- Strong tech-affinity and ability to work with tools, platforms, workspaces, and CRMs.
