Provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks to sustain smooth office operations.
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain executive's schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well organized workspace.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
