Executive/ Sr. Executive Production - Packaging

Position Summary:

Supervise all routine activities of dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization via effective and efficient utilization of resources.

Job Responsibility:

• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of manufacturing & packaging operations in terms of men, machines & materials.
• Provide line clearance, perform in-process checks.
• Prepare & revise BMR, BPRs, SOPs, and identify the gaps to improve operations as per standard guidelines.
• Ensure safe handling, transportation and storage of packaging components, and timely supply of quality products.
• Ensure proper execution of training sessions for SOPs and basic cGMP.
• Ensure the proper implementation of production logbooks, and maintenance of departmental machines and equipment.
• Maintain the OEE of all blister machines as per the standards.

Requirements:

At least a Pharm D degree.

2-4 years of experience.

Good knowledge about OSD manufacturing, and packaging operations.

Basic knowledge of QMS & EHS.
