Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for an Experienced Advocate at Kapil Dixit LLP Advocates. The candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of cases, including family, criminal, and property law. Responsibilities include representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, attending client consultations, and working collaboratively with the legal team to deliver strategic legal advice and solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Property Law
• Strong skills in legal drafting, document preparation, and case analysis
• Competence in legal research and interpreting statutory and case laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for court proceedings and client interactions
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively within a team
• A degree in law from a recognized institution and enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Prior experience in handling High Court and Supreme Court cases is an advantage
