Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assisting customers and internal team members on hardware compatibility, and the optimal component selection for PCs</li>
<li>Assembling Gaming PCs (including liquid cooling and hard tubing)</li>
<li>Laptops repairing (no chip-level)</li>
<li>Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, routers, etc</li>
<li>Perform audits and tests on computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure it is functioning properly</li>
<li>Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise</li>
<li>Formatting &amp; software installation</li></ul><br>

Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of computer hardware</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Very good communication skills</li>
<li>Exceptional organization and time-management skills</li>
<li>Critical-thinker and problem-solver</li>
