# Essential Job Functions:

• Creating exceptional floral arrangements aligning with customer’s requirements
• Handle customer inquiry by understanding requirements properly, providing suggestions and solutions keeping up-selling and cross-selling in mind
• Coordinate with purchase team for shipments schedules, receiving shipments, and processing flowers to enhance the life span
• Coordinate with clients and delivery associates for local deliveries
• Dealing with customer queries, complaints or feedback and providing information or if required escalating to the manager

# Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of demonstrable experience as a florist in retail
• Sound knowledge of different know-how of flower handling and design techniques
• Humble, customer-focused, quick learner, detail-oriented work
• Knowledge of flowers & various styles of arrangements
• Ability to organize & prioritize tasks & projects
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Be flexible with time to meet deadlines on busy seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Floristry: 3 years (Required)
