What You'll Do

Build and maintain relationships throughout the Noosa Hinterland and Sunshine Coast region

Manage your listings with full admin and marketing support

Make the most of our two offices in Pomona and Cooroy - work between both to maximise your exposure and connections

Leverage Raine & Horne's national network and powerful digital platforms, including Amplify

Work autonomously while being part of a genuinely supportive team that celebrates your wins

About You

Hold a current Real Estate Registration Certificate (full licence not required)

Have proven experience in residential sales

A confident communicator and skilled negotiator who genuinely cares about client outcomes

Self motivated, organised, and proactive

Excited by the chance to work warm leads from a database our current agents can't even get to
