EXPERIENCED STRUCTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN (SURVEY)

We are seeking an Experienced Structural Draughtsman (Survey) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in preparing precise structural drawings derived from site survey data, as-built conditions, and engineering inputs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to produce high-quality technical drawings that meet project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare structural drawings, as-built drawings, and shop drawings based on survey data.

Interpret and convert site measurements, control points, and levels into clear CAD drawings.

Coordinate with survey teams to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Draft plans, sections, elevations, and details as required.

Maintain drawing standards, layers, and CAD templates according to company or project specifications.

Review and update drawings based on engineer or client feedback.

Ensure all drawings meet applicable codes and project guidelines.

Organize and maintain drawing records and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Degree/Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Civil, Structural, or related field.

3–7 years experience as Structural Draughtsman, preferably with survey/as-built work.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required).

Knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, or other drafting software is an advantage.

Ability to interpret survey data, coordinates, levels, and site sketches.
