We are looking for Consultants (with 2-4 years of relevant experience) to join our team based in Singapore. While our core platform is NetSuite, we welcome candidates with broader ERP experience who are eager to grow and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Solutions: Assist in research, functional testing, system configuration and documentation to support ERP implementations and enhancements. Participate in support ticket resolution, user assistance, and basic system configuration across finance, supply, or CRM modules.
• Contribute to Client's Business Transformation: Collaborate with clients and project teams to support project delivery. This includes documenting requirements, preparing training materials, assisting in workshops, and contributing to post-go-live support and enhancement activities.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams and client users to provide support, clarify issues, and ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions. Assist in delivering user training and creating how-to guides or support documentation.
• Contribute to Building LC: Take ownership of small tasks or issues and follow through with resolution or escalation. Champion internal initiatives that align with our growth ambitions, and be an advocate for business excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Are committed to our clients - client-centricity is essential to delivering work that makes a difference. We seek team members who can maintain client focus and deliver a brilliant experience across all phases of the ERP journey.
• Are comfortable operating as a technology consultant - you may have experience as a NetSuite user or admin, or with another ERP system (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). You have been involved in support, testing and training and are ready to grow into a broader consulting role. Flex your skills across pre-sales, implementation and post-go-live support.
• Have strong consulting fundamentals - you document processes clearly, collaborate across cross-functional teams and with users, manage time and priorities, ask thoughtful questions, and apply feedback. You can create simple, effective presentations when needed and contribute beyond your immediate responsibilities, applying analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to propose practical solutions.
• Are ambitious and excited about joining a different kind of consulting business - as a fast-growing company, you are eager to try new things, experiment, and grow with us.
• Bonus: Familiarity with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, or dashboards; exposure to support work across finance, supply chain, or CRM modules.
