Export Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced (7-10 years) and proactive Export Manager to oversee and expand our international sales operations for our yarn covering and doubling unit. The ideal candidate will manage export documentation, coordinate with buyers, ensure timely shipments, and develop new global markets to grow the company’s export volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete export cycle including inquiry handling, order processing, documentation, and shipment follow-up.
• Identify, develop, and manage new international buyers for covered and doubled yarn products.
• Communicate with overseas clients regarding pricing, product specifications, delivery timelines, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment.
• Prepare and review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, and export forms.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company export policies.
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage export contracts, LC documentation, bank negotiations, and payment follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and international clients.
• Prepare periodic export reports for management regarding sales performance, pipeline orders, and market expansion opportunities.
