Job Description: Facade Manager (High Rise Buildings)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Facade Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-rise building facade projects in the UAE. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of facade construction, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges.
• Manage project changes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Quality Assurance:
• Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the project.
• Inspect and approve materials, equipment, and workmanship.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Safety Management:
• Implement and maintain strict safety protocols on the job site.
• Conduct safety inspections and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Communicate project progress and address client concerns effectively.
• Ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Cost Management:
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms.
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facade project management, specifically in high-rise building construction.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
