Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake maintenance, repair and minor works associated with critical, essential and non-essential assets in accordance with relevant FMP job plans and Service requests.
• Follow maintenance risk assessments on all work activity to ensure safe systems of work are adhered to at all times.
• Support/monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising.
• Ensure all plant rooms and CBRE GWS workspaces are maintained and kept in a safe condition at all times.
• Report/escalate all out of line situations, including Near-Miss & Accident Reporting.
• Be part of supporting Out of Hours Emergency call out team, following required training and competency assessments.
• Responsible for management of systems containing refrigerant in accordance with F Gas regulations.
• Responsible for repair and maintenance of boilers, pumps, gearboxes, AC plant, services distribution systems
• Responsible for LV maintenance/ Fixed wiring testing /PAT testing/Lighting/ Fire alarms/ CCTV
• Responsible for the issue of permits to work
• Complete weekly timesheets to record all Work Order start and finish times, in accordance with the company business controls and KPI’s.
• Support any other reasonable requests to meet business needs/priorities when required
Education
• Qualified electrical technician/engineer (C&G/ONC and ideally HNC or higher)
• Recognised and fully completed apprenticeship
• Recognised safety training IOSH
• Skill card (red) - desirable

• Must be able to work within a team and be self-motivated to work un-supervised
• Flexible in their approach to work scheduling, good customer service and communication skills
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure
Knowledge
• Knowledge of Preventative Planned Maintenance systems/techniques
Experience
• Experienced electrical technician/engineer (C&G/ONC and ideally HNC or higher)
