We are currently seeking a detail-driven, hospitality-minded Facilities Administrator to support our Maintenance and Facilities Department while helping ensure the resort operates efficiently and professionally year-round.
The Facilities Administrator plays a vital role in supporting daily facilities operations, maintenance coordination, purchasing, and departmental organization. This position serves as the administrative backbone for the maintenance team — handling work orders, tracking projects and inventory, assisting with vendor communication, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
