Facilities Management Administration:
• Assign and schedule manpower efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise in-house and outsourced services.
• Manage work orders in ERP/CAFM systems and maintain accurate records.
• Control stock levels of spares and consumables.
• Prepare progress, engineering, and management reports.
Supervision:
• Monitor work quality, staff performance, and resource utilization.
• Provide technical support for all facility systems and services.
Quality, Health, and Safety:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols (PTW, emergency procedures, etc.).
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Energy Management:
• Track energy usage and implement reduction measures.
• Oversee waste removal and recycling initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Timely completion of tasks.
• Minimized equipment breakdowns.
• Effective vendor management.
• Optimum stock levels maintained.
• Controlled maintenance costs.
